What you enter
The reading form accepts a first name, birth date, birth time or an “unknown” selection, place of birth, and any topic-specific fields. These details are used to prepare the requested calculated BaZi report or labeled demonstration preview.
When you use LuckTime without an account
The current reading and its inputs are kept in the browser's same-tab sessionStorage so the result survives a refresh in that tab. This is separate from localStorage and is not placed in the page URL. It normally ends when the tab or browser session is closed. Guest Checkout uses a short-lived signed purchase authorization bound to the report type and submitted birth details. Birth details are not included in Stripe Checkout metadata. If you request email delivery while signed out, a protected temporary copy may be eligible for association with an account you later verify using the same email address for 90 days. Expired records are not eligible for account recovery.
When you sign in
When you generate a report while signed in, LuckTime saves the birth profile and report history to the account associated with your verified sign-in. Saved records include the birth details used for that report, the calculated chart snapshot, report content, report type, and reading status. The profile is not automatically replaced after it has been created; changes you make to editable birth details apply to future reports and do not rewrite older snapshots. Account data is not sent to advertising platforms.
Account data is stored using Supabase. The account area currently supports signing in, signing out on this device, changing or setting a password, and downloading an account-data export. Signing out does not delete saved data. Account deletion is not currently available from the site. LuckTime is operated under the DDNS business name by a California sole proprietor. Optional email delivery
If you choose Email report, you enter an address and confirm the full recipient before sending. Your birth details and report are sent to the LuckTime server to recalculate and verify the report. The recipient address, name, report summary, and PDF are then shared with the email delivery provider, Resend, to deliver that one message. Your email is not used to subscribe you to marketing emails. You can download the PDF without choosing email delivery.
The application does not put the address in the page URL or browser storage. When signed in, the report is also saved to your LuckTime account. Resend processes the recipient, message, PDF, and delivery records to send the email under its own service terms. Do not email a report to someone else without their consent.
Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and secure a web request, such as an IP address, timestamp, route, or device information. LuckTime does not send birth details to advertising platforms.
Anonymous website analytics
LuckTime uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page visits, traffic sources, device and regional summaries, and page-performance measures. It is a privacy-first service and does not create advertising profiles or identify visitors across unrelated websites.
The analytics Beacon does not send birth details, report content, or email addresses. It is separate from the report calculation and optional email delivery flows. Blocking the Beacon does not prevent you from using LuckTime, generating a report, downloading a PDF, or requesting email delivery.
Other services and analytics
LuckTime uses Supabase for authentication and account data, Resend for optional report email delivery, Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate website measurements, and hosting infrastructure to operate the site. LuckTime does not send birth details to the analytics Beacon. No third-party metaphysical provider, language-model provider, marketing pixel, or advertising profile is connected to report generation. Stripe processes payments for focused reports. Stripe receives payment, contact, transaction, and technical information needed to complete and protect the purchase; LuckTime does not receive or store the customer's full card number.
Reviews
At the end of a report you can leave a 1–5 star rating and an optional short comment; on a paid report you can also add a display name. LuckTime stores these with the report type, whether the review is a verified purchase, a reference to the purchase it verifies (your order, or for a guest a one-way hash of the Stripe checkout reference), and, if you are signed in, your account. Birth details are not attached to a review.
To verify a guest purchase, LuckTime sets a signed, HttpOnly browser cookie for 30 days after Stripe confirms payment. It holds only the report type and that one-way hash, and it is sent only to LuckTime’s review service. Feedback on the free My Life Blueprint is never published. A paid-report review is published only if you tick the consent box, and then only after a check for personal information, spam, and offensive language. To remove a review, email support@lucktime.net with the report type, the approximate date, and the review text so we can find it.
We do not sell or share your personal information
LuckTime does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. LuckTime has not done so in the past 12 months. Birth details, report content, account data, and email addresses are used to provide the service you request. The services named above process information to run LuckTime, such as taking payments and delivering email; LuckTime does not provide your information to anyone in exchange for money or other value.
If this ever changes, LuckTime will update this notice before the change takes effect and will not apply it to information collected under this commitment without your consent.
Retention and privacy requests
Saved account records remain available until they are deleted under an applicable request or must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or security purposes. Payment and order records may be retained for those purposes. The site does not currently provide a self-service account-deletion feature. To ask about your information, email support@lucktime.net. This notice describes current product behavior; privacy rights and obligations may depend on where you live.
